Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to international leads and presenting our portfolio of products and services to them. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential international leads, and develop and maintain relationships with them.
- Present our portfolio of products and services to potential customers, and tailor presentations to their specific needs and interests.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the markets and industries in which we operate.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, ensuring that contracts are in line with company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress to senior management, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and languages.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms.
- Proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
